What is boosting, exactly?+

Boosting is when a verified high-level player helps you reach a goal in Apex Legends — a rank, a badge, a number of wins or kills, or weapon mastery. Depending on the service, the player either plays on your account or plays alongside you in a duo. You decide the goal; we do the hard, time-consuming part.

Who are your boosters?+

A hand-picked team of Predator-level players, several with ALGS and competitive tournament backgrounds. They're vetted for skill and discretion, and their identities are sometimes kept private to protect active competitors. You can read more on our About page.

Why choose you over a random seller?+

Every order is handled by an actual top-tier player, not resold to an anonymous marketplace. You get appear-offline handling, live progress, honest ETAs, a money-back guarantee in our terms, and real support that replies fast.

Which games and modes do you cover?+

We focus on Apex Legends: ranked rank-ups and rank holding, badges (such as 20-kill and 4K damage), kills, wins, weapon mastery and trials, and ranked-ladder objectives. If you need something not listed, contact us for a custom quote.

02Safety & anonymity

Is my account safe?+

We take it seriously. Boosters use appear-offline mode and a region-matched connection, never touch your friends list or cosmetics, and only do what you ordered. The lowest-risk option is "Play with booster" (duo), where no credentials are shared at all. As with any third-party service, there is inherent risk; we minimise it and you can read the full picture in our Terms.

Can I stay anonymous?+

Completely. You can order without revealing your in-game identity, and the "Appear offline" option keeps friends from seeing any activity on your account during the boost.

Do you use cheats, bots or scripts?+

No. Everything is done by real players through legitimate gameplay. No third-party software, no aimbots, no scripts — those are exactly what gets accounts banned, which is the opposite of what we want.

Will I get banned?+

We can't make absolute guarantees — the use of any third-party service can be against a publisher's terms of service, and only the publisher controls account actions. What we can do is reduce the risk as much as possible (appear-offline, region matching, no cheats, clean play patterns) and back you with our money-back guarantee. Should I change my password afterwards?+

For "on your account" orders, yes — once the order is completed you can change your password. We never need it after delivery.

03Orders & delivery

How long does a boost take?+

It depends on the distance and your settings. The configurator shows a live ETA as you build your order. Most badge, win and kill orders are completed within 1–3 days; longer rank climbs take more. Add Priority or Express to jump the queue.

When does my order start?+

Usually within a couple of hours of payment. Because our team spans multiple time zones, there's almost always a booster available to pick up your order.

Which platforms do you support?+

PC (Steam & EA), PlayStation 4/5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch 2. Pick yours on every product. The original Switch is being retired by EA, so we boost on Switch 2.

Can I keep playing during my order?+

For "on your account" orders, please avoid logging in while a booster is working unless we agree otherwise — it can interrupt sessions and delay delivery. For duo orders you play as normal, alongside the booster.

Can I track progress?+

Yes. You can follow live progress and chat with your booster, and you'll be notified the moment your goal is reached.

04Payments & refunds

What payment methods do you accept?+

Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and more, through a secure encrypted checkout. We don't store your full card details.

What currency are prices in?+

Prices are shown in USD. Your bank or payment provider handles any conversion to your local currency.

What's your refund policy?+

We back every order with a money-back guarantee: if we can't start or complete a service, you're refunded. Partially delivered orders that can't be finished on our side are refunded pro-rata. Fully delivered services are generally non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights. Full details are in section 8 of our Terms & Conditions.

Can I cancel an order?+

Yes — if a booster hasn't started yet, you get a full refund. If work has begun, you may be charged for the part already completed. Email us as early as possible.

05Services explained

How does rank boosting work?+

Pick your current rank and your target rank in the configurator. The price and ETA update live based on the distance. You can add extras like Play-with-booster, Priority, Live stream or Appear offline. We climb the ladder for you (or with you) up to your goal.

What is "Play with booster" (duo)?+

Instead of sharing your account, you queue together with the booster and play your own games. It's the most private option, you learn while you play, and there's no account sharing at all.

How does Weapon Mastery work?+

Choose a weapon and a level range (1–100). We grind the required XP and, if you add it, complete the Weapon Trials so you unlock the associated cosmetic rewards.

What are badges, kills and wins orders?+

Badges include challenges like the 20-kill and 4K-damage badge (or both in one order). Kills and Wins orders farm a set number of eliminations or victories on your account. Pick the package that matches your goal.

What are Ranked Ladders (Top 10%)?+

This service gets and holds you in the Top 10% of the ranked ladder for the associated rewards (such as the Ladder Champion dive trail). Pricing depends on how many holds you want and is often arranged as a custom quote — contact us.

06After your order

What happens when my order is done?+

You get a notification that your goal is reached. For "on your account" orders, that's a good time to change your password. If anything isn't as ordered, reach out and we'll make it right.

Something's wrong with my order — what do I do?+

Email support@packetlossboost.com with your order number and a short description. We'll look into it quickly. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.

Can I leave a review?+

Absolutely — feedback helps other players and helps us improve. We appreciate every honest review.
