These terms apply to packetlossboost.com and the services we provide. By placing an order or using the site, you accept them.

01Who we are

This site is operated by Packetloss Boost, based in Italy. You can contact us at support@packetlossboost.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

02Eligibility & your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
  • You confirm that you own, or are authorised to use, the game account on which a service is performed.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information.

03What we provide

Digital game-boosting services for Apex Legends — including ranked rank-ups and rank holding, badges (such as the 20-kill and 4K-damage badges), kills and wins, weapon mastery and similar in-game results. Work is carried out manually using the details you provide. Supported platforms are shown on the site (PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch 2).

We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or Respawn Entertainment.

04Orders & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error — and will refund any amount already paid for that order.

05Delivery of the service

After ordering we may ask for the information needed to start (for example your in-game details). You are responsible for giving accurate information. Completion times shown are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with game conditions, queue times and updates. We keep your information private and use it only to carry out your order.

06Account access & security

Depending on the service you choose, it is performed either:

  • On your account — you provide the login details needed for us to complete the order; or
  • Together with you (duo / “play with booster”) — no account credentials are shared and you play alongside the booster.

Where account access is required, we use reasonable measures to protect your account (such as appear-offline mode and a region-matched connection), and any credentials you share are used only to perform the ordered service and handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You may change your password once the order is completed.

07Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and, where applicable, valid account credentials.
  • Avoid logging in or playing on the account while an “on your account” order is in progress, unless agreed with us, as this can delay delivery.
  • Keep your recovery details (email, phone) under your control.
  • Contact us through official channels only.
  • You remain responsible for your own account and for any consequences arising from third-party services outside our control.

08Cancellations & refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services. Since we usually start soon after purchase, by placing an order and asking us to begin you agree that work starts within this period and that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully completed. In short:

  • Before we start: full refund on request.
  • While in progress: no refund.

If anything goes wrong on our side, contact support@packetlossboost.com and we will sort it out fairly.

09Risk acknowledgement

You acknowledge that using third-party progression services may be restricted by the terms of service of the game publisher (Electronic Arts / Respawn Entertainment), and that any associated risk to your game account rests with you. While we take precautions to protect your account, we cannot control or guarantee the actions of the game publisher, and we are not liable for measures taken by the publisher against your account, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10Prohibited use

  • Do not use the website or services for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or chargeback abuse.
  • Do not provide accounts or credentials you are not authorised to use.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the website.

11Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, design, logos and graphics created by us) belongs to Packetloss Boost and may not be copied without permission. “Apex Legends” and related names, logos and characters are trademarks of their respective owners. Packetloss Boost is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or Respawn Entertainment.

12Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page; material changes are reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
